Choosing something for your home is personal, and we want you to feel confident in what you bring into your space.

Our pieces are handmade in small batches, and natural variations in color, print, and finish are part of the process, a reflection of the artisan work behind each piece.

Returns

We hope you love your purchase. If it does not feel like the right fit, you may request a return by emailing contactus@thepeacockpalette.com and including your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Eligible items must be shipped back within 21 days of delivery. Because our pieces are made in small batches and limited quantities, approved returns must be sent back within this timeframe to remain eligible.

Approved returns are accepted for store credit equal to the item value only. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

To be eligible for return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at contactus@thepeacockpalette.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number, along with clear photos or a short video, so we can review the issue and advise on next steps.
